CATCH FITNESS

Made up of six 2 hour 15 min sessions on the following Friday afternoons:

Each session consists of three 45-minute seminars.

    Includes technical advice and practical application of exercise performance, inclusive of associated issues of injury avoidance.

    Specialists in and associated with the industry talk about what aspects of their profession can be incorporated by personal trainers and bodywork therapists. Designed to also encourage business and referral links between all the professions. Other professionals may include Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Podiatrists, Chiropractors, Osteopaths.
