REPs - CEC APPLICATION FORM


This is the NZ Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) application page to have a course or education program (such as an online program) reviewed by REPs for Continuing Education Credits (CECs).

ALL information must be completed for the application to be considered. Please answer ALL questions, and in the format they are asked for (so a question asking "Length of course in hours" should be answered with actual hours, not "one day" etc.) Payment is required also be made before the application is reviewed.
