Individuals wanting to register for a first time with REPs will find the forms marked 1st Time Rego as useful. The only compulsory form is the first one below (entitled Application to be a Registered Exercise Professional), the others are only needed if you would like further info, or want to pay online or by monthly direct debit.

Monthly payment forms
Below are the three forms you will need if you wish to pay your REPs registration by monthly installments. Please download and print all three.
Important: The monthly payment form is designed for first time registrations only, not re-registrations. If you are re-registering and need another copy of your form, please contact REPs.
