Qualification(s) - A digital copy of your entry qualification(s) Have a copy of your entry qualifications/training certificates – scanned copies or clear photo. Each level of registration being applied for should have its own qualification attached. Please click here to see the process for which REPs will recognise your particular qualification(s). For Group Exercise Prechoreographed - A copy of a qualification is not required as the relevant qualification will be issued to you from Les Mills. 2. First Aid/CPR - A copy of your First Aid or CPR Certificate This can be in the form of a scanned copy or a clear photo of your CPR or First Aid certificate. You can find the REPs First Aid Policy here. - If you are operating only from a REPs Registered Facility, a CPR certificate is sufficient. - In all other cases a Comprehensive Workplace First Aid is required. 3. Name Change? - Documentation if you have changed your name If you have changed your name and it is different from the name of your qualification(s), we require evidence of the name change to issue registration in your new name. This can be a scanned copy or clear photo of your Marriage or Civil Union certificate, a copy of your deed poll documentation, or a copy of your birth certificate showing the change of name. 4. Payment Payment options are: Monthly Direct Debit Credit Card - Visa and Mastercard NZ Bank Account Transfer - POLi Special code - provided through Les Mills When applying for multiple levels of registration – payment is only required for the highest level. Information on the registration application process Before you get started these are the steps you will undertake to complete this online registration application. Step 1 - Select payment option Step 2 - Complete the online application - Your details - Les Mills Branch and any other workplace(s) - Registration level(s) - Select which levels of registration you are applying for. You can select one/none from each of the following categories: - Exercise Prescription (Personal Trainer, Exercise Consultant) category - Group Exercise category - Yoga Teacher category - Pilates Teacher category If applying for more than one level then you will only be charged for your top level. - Qualification(s) - For each level selected upload qualifications or select your pathway to register. - First Aid/CPR Certificate - Upload your First Aid/CPR certificate. - Insurance Declaration - Complete if insurance is included. - Terms and Conditions - Read and agree. - Payment Step 3 - What happens next? - You will receive a confirmation email once your application is submitted. - Processing time is normally 7-10 working days and optional urgent processing is 5 working days.
