Registration for Exercise Professionals
If registering with REPs for the first time, re-registering or looking to have your qualifications matched to another country (International Portability) you will find the forms you require here.

First time Registrations:
Exercise professionals that wish to register for the first time may do by downloading and completing the individual’s form.
What you will need:
– A copy of your qualification or overseas registration (click here to be taken to Initial Education page).
– A copy of a relevant current First aid.
If you are looking to re-register for the 2021-2022 registration year, please log in at the top of this webpage (a link to re-registration is on the Welcome page). If you are already logged in select re-registration from the Services menu above.
If you are unsure of your log in, the information was supplied by REPs in your re-registration pack (if you have misplaced this information please call REPs on 0800 55 44 99).
What you will need ready:
– Details of your ongoing education (CPD points).
– First aid information.
International Portability of Qualification/s:
Exercise professionals who have completed study in New Zealand, have not been registered with REPs New Zealand, and are moving overseas require this form to register with any of the ICREPs partners (eg, Australia, UK, South Africa, Ireland).
What you will need:
– A copy of your qualification.
– Proof of ongoing education if qualification was obtained more than 12 months ago.
If you are currently registered with REPs and are simply looking to upgrade your registration level this is the form that you will require. Please fill in the form and send to us along with a copy of your qualification to support your new registration level/s.

Monthly payment forms:
Below are the two forms you will need if you wish to pay your REPs registration by monthly instalments. Please note if paying by this method we will need to have the originals posted into REPs as the bank will only accept the original Direct Debit form to load.
